- Specific Sale Items: Items sold under Specific Sales such as clearance, flash sales, or other promotional sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
- KlickVibes.shop Rights: KlickVibes.shop reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges for items that are part of Final Sale, Display Sale, or Specific Sales.
- Hygiene Restrictions: For hygiene reasons, undergarments, intimate wear, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Procedure for Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping:
